📋 1. Information We Collect & Store
- Authentication & Account Data: When logging in via Clerk, we store your user ID and verified email to manage your persona library, subscriptions, and digital credit balances.
- InstaDNA Storage (Reference Assets & Gallery): Images provided for facial identity, wardrobe styling, and persona configurations—as well as your generated images and videos—are stored in managed cloud object storage (Cloudflare R2) and cloud databases strictly to maintain your personal studio creation history and enable gallery access.
- Zero Model or LoRA Binary Hosting: InstaDNA does not host, store, or train machine learning foundation models or LoRA binary files on its servers.
- Narrow Foundation Model Training Disclaimer: InstaDNA does not use your private reference photographs or private persona configurations to train public AI foundation models.
⚙️ 2. How Your Data Is Used & Third-Party Processing
Service Administration: Your account data is used to authenticate your sessions, maintain your Persona DNA settings, manage your credits, and protect against fraudulent infrastructure abuse.
External AI Compute & Inference Transmission: To generate requested synthetic media or perform prompt analysis, your prompts, reference images, and styling parameters may be securely transmitted to authorized external AI compute and inference providers (including Google Cloud Vertex AI infrastructure and specialized cloud GPU clusters). These external providers process your inputs solely to perform the requested inference and return the generated output to your studio.
💳 3. Payment Information & Processors
Payments and subscriptions may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers, including Razorpay Software Private Limited ("Razorpay") for transactions in Indian Rupees (INR) via UPI, NetBanking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Wallets, as well as other authorized payment gateways as enabled. We do not store sensitive payment card numbers, CVVs, or NetBanking passwords on our servers.
🗑️ 4. User Rights & Data Deletion
You retain control over your content and may delete generated images, videos, and persona records directly from your studio interface at any time.
To request full account deletion, email our privacy desk at privacy@theinstadna.com or support@theinstadna.com. Account deletion requests will result in the deletion of personal data and user content that is no longer required for the operation of the Service or for compliance with applicable law.
Certain limited information may be retained for a legally required period, including where necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance with legal obligations. Retained information will be access-restricted and deleted when the applicable retention period expires.
